Week 2

This week we have been:

• learning about different addition and subtraction strategies
• learning about the structure or a narrative and developing the setting for our audience
• learning about a world explorer, Christopher Columbus
• learning that the bible has many elements similar to other texts
• exploring the different properties of materials. E.g. Dish washing gloves are made of rubber that are waterproof and stop your hands from burning in the hot water.

Next week we are looking forward to the swimming carnival.
